ଆସନ୍ତା ଶିକ୍ଷାବର୍ଷରୁ ସରକାରୀ ସ୍କୁଲ ପିଲାଙ୍କୁ ଉଚ୍ଚଶିକ୍ଷାନୁଷ୍ଠାନରେ ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ସୁବିଧା ମିଳିବ

From next academic year, government school children will have the opportunity to be protected in higher education

New Delhi: Good news for students studying in government high schools. From next academic year, they will be reserved in higher education institutions like medical and engineering in the state. A resolution was passed in the state cabinet today.

The number of meritorious students of government high schools and colleges in Odisha is declining after the entrance exams at the national level, such as NEET and JEE, for enrollment in medical and engineering courses. Rural students in particular are lagging behind. The above all-India entrance exams require good coaching. But with all these coaching facilities only in urban areas, children in rural and government schools are lagging behind. With this in mind, the government has decided to provide reservation for children attending government schools in medical and engineering colleges in the state from next academic year.

To finalize the resolution, the government will set up a high-level committee chaired by a retired High Court judge. The committee will consist of eminent personalities and academics. The committee will submit its report to the government within three months.

ନୂଆଦିଲ୍ଲୀ : ସରକାରୀ ହାଇସ୍କୁଲରେ ପାଠ ପଢୁଥିବା ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଖୁସି ଖବର । ଆସନ୍ତା ଶିକ୍ଷାବର୍ଷଠାରୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଥିବା ଡାକ୍ତରୀ, ଇଂଜିନିୟରିଂ ପରି ଉଚ୍ଚଶିକ୍ଷା ଅନୁଷ୍ଠାନରେ ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ମିଳିବ  । ଏ ନେଇ ଆଜି ରାଜ୍ୟ କ୍ୟାବିନେଟରେ ଏକ ସଂକଳ୍ପ ଗୃହୀତ ହୋଇଛି ।

ଡାକ୍ତରୀ ଓ ଇଂଜିନିୟରିଂ ପାଠ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ନାମ ଲେଖା ପାଇଁ ସର୍ବଭାରତୀୟ ସ୍ତରରେ ଏନଇଇଟି ଓ ଜେଇଇ ପରି ଏକକ ପ୍ରବେଶିକା ପରୀକ୍ଷା ହେବା ପରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ସରକାରୀ ହାଇସ୍କୁଲ ଓ କଲେଜଗୁଡ଼ିକର ମେଧାବୀ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ ସଂଖ୍ୟା ଉକ୍ତ ଉଚ୍ଚଶିକ୍ଷାନୁଷ୍ଠାନରେ ହ୍ରାସ ପାଉଥିବା ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ କରାଯାଉଛି । ବିଶେଷକରି ଗ୍ରାମାଞ୍ଚଳ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀମାନେ ପଛେଇଯାଉଛନ୍ତି । ଉପରୋକ୍ତ ସର୍ବଭାରତୀୟ ପ୍ରବେଶିକା ପରୀକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ ଉତ୍ତମ କୋଚିଂର ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ରହିଛି । କିନ୍ତୁ ସେସବୁ କୋଚିଂ ସୁବିଧା କେବଳ ସହରାଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଥିବାରୁ ଗ୍ରାମାଞ୍ଚଳ ଓ ସରକାରୀ ସ୍କୁଲରେ ପଢୁଥିବା ପିଲାମାନେ ପଛେଇଯାଉଛନ୍ତି । ଏହାକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ସରକାର ଆସନ୍ତା ଶିକ୍ଷାବର୍ଷଠାରୁ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଥିବା ଡାକ୍ତରୀ, ଇଂଜିନିୟରିଂ କଲେଜଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ସରକାରୀ ସ୍କୁଲରେ ପଢୁଥିବା ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କରିବାକୁ ସଂକଳ୍ପ ନେଇଛନ୍ତି ।

ଏହି ସଂକଳ୍ପକୁ ଚୂଡ଼ାନ୍ତ ରୂପ ଦେବାକୁ ସରକାର ହାଇକୋର୍ଟର ଜଣେ ଅବସରପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ବିଚାରପତିଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ଏକ ଉଚ୍ଚକ୍ଷମତା ସଂପନ୍ନ କମିଟି ଗଠନ କରିବେ । ଏହି କମିଟିରେ ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ଓ  ଶିକ୍ଷାବିତମାନେ ସଦସ୍ୟ ରହିବେ । ଏହି କମିଟି ୩ ମାସ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ନିଜର ରିପୋର୍ଟ ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ଦେବ ।
